Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across Canada. If you are located in a remote area or outside of Canada, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.
Order Processing Time
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will be processed within 2–5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Method & Delivery
- All walk-in bathtubs are shipped via freight carrier due to their size and weight.
- Standard delivery includes curbside drop-off. The carrier will not move the product indoors.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
- We recommend arranging for professional movers or contractors to receive and install the tub upon delivery.

- Shipping rates vary based on your delivery address and the model selected.
- In many cases, we offer free or discounted shipping as part of promotions—please inquire before ordering.
- Any extra delivery requests (e.g., liftgate service, remote location access) may incur additional charges.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon delivery, please:
- Inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note any damage or issues directly on the delivery paperwork.
- Take clear photos of any damage and contact us immediately.
🚨 Failure to note visible damage at the time of delivery may void your ability to file a damage claim.
Delays & Availability
