The leak elimination kit includes a 24-inch long hand shower bar, a 5-foot long stainless-steel braided shower hose, and a threaded coupling for connecting to an existing pull-out shower hose. This simple kit is specially designed to eliminate water leakage through the insert hole of the deck mount hand shower. A common mistake made by contractors or customers is using the existing pull-out hand shower as a wall-mounted shower. That leaves the pull-out hand shower insert hole open for water leaks. The water will enter the hole, and therefore leaking onto the floor behind the walk-in tub. The existing pull-out hand shower is not designed for this method of installation. It must only be used while sitting, and then returned to its position after use.The included 5-foot stainless steel braided shower hose must be attached to the existing hand shower hose with threaded coupling. The attached coupling to the existing hose must be pushed back into the hole to create a leakproof seal between the gasket and the existing hose connector. The slide bar can be conveniently installed in any location on the side or end wall. By adjusting and securing it to the desired height and angle, the hand shower can be used as a regular wall-mounted shower head. The slide bar is made of stainless steel and finished in chrome. By sliding the hand shower up or down, you can easily secure the desired positioning.Note: If you’re planning to install a hand shower slider bar on the wall, this is a must-buy and must-install accessory to prevent leaks through the pull-out hand shower insertion hole.

The purpose of the Bain Deluxe Glue-Up Tile Flange kit is to provide the perfect tile flange option for bathtubs and shower bases that lack a built-in tile flange.Bain Deluxe brand walk-in bathtub shells do not include an integral tile flange. The reason for this omission is our focus on maximizing interior space by minimizing the deck width to the necessary minimum. As a result, finishing tiles or wall panels over the deck should also occupy minimal space to allow for cleaning gaps between the wall and fixtures. We strongly recommend purchasing and installing Bain Deluxe glue-up flexible tile flange for this purpose. This tile flange is constructed from a thin, waterproof fabric membrane and is perfectly suited for this application.

The Function of Walk-In Tub Extension Panel Moving on, access & extension panels help to hide all of the plumbing and mechanics inside the bathtub. For example, all of our Bain Deluxe Acrylic tub come with one access panel for your corner installation bathtubs. Next, you have the option to get a second access panel and extension panels as an add-on. Panels can be added in a case where you might want a freestanding bathtub, or if you have a longer alcove and need the extension to fit the bathtub in nicely.Finally, the panels can be easily removed during installation to allow for greater access to the mechanics and for an easier grip while moving. All one has to do is take out the screws and washers at the bottom(as shown in the diagram) and slide the panel off of the brackets. Once the installation is finished you can slide the panel back onto the brackets and screw them back into place. The screws even come with white caps so you have a nice smooth white finish with no eyesores. Access and Extension panels give you the option to put your bathtub anywhere without any extra hassle.

The Bain Deluxe Walk-In Bathtub Headrest includes four (4) suction cups on the back of the pillow and comes with an L-shape bracket with five (5) suction cups. This allows bathers to directly suction the pillow to the wall, or use the L-shape bracket to mount the pillow to an extended deck behind the seat. The Bain Deluxe Bathtub Headrest is made from a marine vinyl cover and removable mildew inhibiting polyester material. By using this material, the pillow will not absorb moisture and will not support mold or mildew. Additionally, the 5” thickness creates a comfortably plush headrest.

Each Bain Deluxe walk-in tub comes with a reversible end panel that can be installed on either side of the tub, whether it’s the left or the right. If you need to cover the other end of the walk-in tub, you can purchase an additional end panel separately.The Front Entry walk-in tub, on the other hand, doesn’t have a reversible end panel. Instead, it has two side panels that cover the sides of the tub since the molded seat is positioned facing the door, and the tub is narrow.For the Bain Deluxe Standard walk-in tub, there is a non-reversible end panel covering the faucet side end of the tub.
